Ingredients
  

  • 2 unit boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup cup breadcrumbs (panko or regular)
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • 1 unit egg, beaten
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
For the Creamy Garlic Sauce:
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 4 unit garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • chopped parsley for garnish Optional

Method
 

  1. Pat chicken breasts dry and slice them in half horizontally to create thinner cutlets.
  2. Season both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
Step 2: Coat with Parmesan Crust
  1. In one shallow bowl, beat the egg.
  2. In another, combine breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan.
  3. Dip each chicken cutlet into the egg, then coat thoroughly with the parmesan-breadcrumb mix.
Step 3: Pan Fry
  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Place chicken in the pan and cook 3–4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  3. Remove and set aside on a plate.
Step 4: Make the Creamy Garlic Sauce
  1. In the same pan, melt butter over medium-low heat.
  2. Add garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese.
  4. Simmer for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 5: Bring It Together
  1. Return the chicken to the skillet and spoon the sauce over the top.
  2. Simmer for 1–2 minutes until everything is heated through.
