Method
- 2 slices hearty bread (whole-grain or sourdough)
- 1 ripe avocado
- 2 large eggs
- Juice of ½ lemon
- Salt & black pepper, to taste

- Toast bread to preferred crispness.

- Cook eggs sunny-side-up or poached in a skillet or pan.
