Ingredients
  

  • ¾  cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ¼  cup granola choose low-sugar or homemade
  • ¼  cup mixed berries e.g., strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
  • 1  tsp chia seeds optional, for fiber & omega‑3s
  • 1  tsp honey or maple syrup optional, for sweetness

Method
 

  1. If using, mix chia seeds into the yogurt.
  2. In a jar or bowl, layer half the yogurt, then half the berries and granola.
  3. Repeat layers with remaining yogurt, berries, and granola.
  4. Drizzle honey or maple syrup on top if desired.
