Method
- Warm evaporated milk and condensed milk in a saucepan over medium heat (do not boil).
- Add Nutella and whisk until smooth and fully melted.
- Stir in vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Add eggnog and warm for 1–2 minutes, whisking gently.
- Pour into mugs and top with whipped cream.
- Serve warm or chilled.
Notes
- Add more Nutella for a richer chocolate-hazelnut flavor.
- Reduce the condensed milk for a less sweet drink.
- Avoid boiling to prevent curdling.
- For adults: add rum, Baileys, or hazelnut liqueur.
